We do not collect payment card or UPI details ourselves — these are entered directly on our payment partner's secure checkout (see Section 3).

• Create and manage your account, and verify your identity via OTP
• Process, ship, and provide updates on your orders
• Respond to customer support queries and grievances
• Send order-related communication (confirmations, shipping updates, refund status)

• Improve our Website, catalogue, and checkout experience

• Payment processing — Razorpay, to process your payment securely. We do not store your card, UPI, or netbanking credentials.
• Hosting and infrastructure — Google Firebase / Google Cloud, to store account, order, and address data securely.
• Logistics and delivery partners — your name, phone number, and delivery address, solely to fulfil and deliver your order.
• Legal and regulatory disclosure — where required by law, court order, or a government/regulatory authority in India.
• Business transfers — if Rituals Dryfruits is reorganised or its assets sold, your information may transfer as part of that process, subject to confidentiality protections.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Keep you signed in and remember your cart between visits
• Understand how the Website is used, so we can improve it
